We watch each child first. The room, the lessons and the pace are built from what we see of that child's needs and ability, not from a plan set before they arrive. Good work habits and cooperation grow from that attention, in work and in play.

Rooms are calm and ordered, with materials a child can reach and choose. Children move between individual work, small groups and time outdoors, and the day keeps a steady rhythm so a child always knows what comes next.

Walk through the rooms and you notice teachers watching before they speak. The environment is set up from what they see, not from a plan made in advance. That is how infants, toddlers and school-age children each get a day that fits them. It is also how children learn to work and play alongside each other with care.

Mornings start slowly. A child hangs up their bag, says goodbye, and joins the room already in motion. Teachers greet each family by name and note anything a parent wants to pass on.

The middle of the day moves between work, play and meals. Children choose materials, gather for a story or music, then head outside. Lunch and rest follow, and children eat together, with free and reduced meals through CACFP for families who qualify.

Afternoon is calmer. Younger children rest or play quietly; school-age children get a quiet space for homework, with games and snacks nearby. At pickup, a teacher tells you something specific your child did that day.
